All tickets must be purchased through the official Piano N Chill website.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless an event is canceled by us.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and matching ID.
3. Event Access & Conduct
Piano N Chill reserves the right to deny entry or remove any guest who:
Engages in disruptive, offensive, or unsafe behavior.
Brings prohibited items, including weapons, illegal substances, or outside alcohol.
Guests are expected to respect the venue, hosts, and other attendees.
4. Media & Content Use
By attending a Piano N Chill event, you acknowledge that photography, video, and audio recordings may take place.
You grant Piano N Chill the unrestricted right to use, publish, and distribute any images, videos, or recordings featuring you, for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform our team at the event.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Attendance is at your own risk. Piano N Chill, its organizers, and hosts are not responsible for:
Personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of property.
Accidents occurring before, during, or after the event.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and conduct.
6. Event Changes & Cancellations
Piano N Chill reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety, weather, legal restrictions).
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified and refunds may be issued at our discretion.
7. Website Use
All content on the Piano N Chill website (text, images, media, branding) is owned by Piano N Chill and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy & Data
